Title:                    Barge Logistics Coordinator

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage barge contracts, barge placements, barge billing, and unload certifications.
• Assist Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable teams.
• Execute daily and quarterly reports.
• Update costs in operating system as needed: fleets, wash docks, towing.
• Keep updated records for towing programs as needed.
• Other related duties and/or projects/tasks as assigned.

 
Qualifications:

• Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to manage and prioritize time are essential.
• Proficient with Excel and pivot tables required, along with strong skills and proficiency in other Microsoft programs.
• Must be self-motivated and eager to learn new tasks.
• Knowledge of the marine industry is a plus, but not required.
