Title: Warehouse Manager
Position: Full-Time Salaried/Non-Exempt
Reports To: Purchasing Manager
Division: Gulf Inland
Location: St. Rose
Principal Responsibilities:

Responsible for receiving all supply orders for boats and checking against day receipts for accuracy.

Inform Purchasing Managers about any shortages or item discrepancies on each order.

Separate items by boat and load in boat bins. Mark received items on boat’s order form.

Pull up each P.O. in and enter received items into MCFO.

Take delivery of shipment from couriers and distribute them to the correct recipient.

Keep an inventory of various items used in the building.
-
Load trucks and delivery vans with supplies heading to boats.

Keep track of equipment going to and from boats and log them in record book.

Keep track of items sent out for repair.
-
Have a basic knowledge of all items located in the warehouse.

Maintain a neat and clean warehouse.

Other miscellaneous tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
-
Must have experience operating a forklift and be able to get certification to do so.

Requires 5+ years of related experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Must be detail oriented, able to work independently, with strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
